3Com's partnership program with CDNow.com, 3Com Rocks. People
purchasing modem before the holidays would receive a coupon
for CDNow.com. The media placement for this campaign hit music
fans where they live on sites such as Sony and Real Networks.
These were some of the first banners ever to deliver streaming
audio and performed with phenomenal click through rate average
of 13.9%.
